Our Founder - Dwayne Stradford
With over 30 years of experience in the power utility industry, Mr. Stradford brings unmatched expertise across all three major electric grid interconnections. His long tenure at the nation’s largest transmission company has provided him with deep technical knowledge and proven leadership in planning, operations, and infrastructure development.
Mr. Stradford has successfully partnered with a wide range of utility clients, delivering high-value solutions that drive reliability and efficiency. Notable projects include leading Oklahoma Gas & Electric’s 20-Year 69kV Sub-Transmission Infrastructure Study, a transformative initiative that helped shape long-term system planning and investment.
